Workforce Development

- Consider hosting interns to provide training in Administration, IT, Medical Assisting, EKG, Phlebotomy, Medical Billing and Coding.
- Prioritize hiring the highly qualified graduates from our Workforce Development Programs.
- Work with Human Resources partners to identify staffing opportunities that leverage interns.
Youth Pathways and Pipelines
