Michael Jones leads the Workforce Development strategy of the Anchor Institution Mission in partnership with UCSF’s Human Resources Department. He supports the creation and expansion of employment pipelines for under-resourced populations and strengthens career advancement opportunities for UCSF’s incumbent frontline workers.
