As Program Coordinator, Raquel helps coordinate the Workforce Development, Procurement, and Community Investment subcommittees and day-to-day activities of Anchor Institution Mission. Raquel is experienced with working in community-based organizations and on clinical research projects that impact the social drivers of health. She was born and raised in San Francisco and graduated from San Francisco State University.
